Who Benefits from this Program?
The CMSP (Commercial Maintenance Service Program) provides a valuable service to local groups in need of PC technical support for offices, a monthly on-site consultation and the security of knowing that all your computers are up to date, free of viruses, smooth running and covered in the case of a critical crash.
Who do we offer this service to?
The CMSP is available to ANY group with 3 or more PC's. Schools, Unions, Small and Medium Businesses, Doctor's Offices, Retail Outlets, Investment Companies, Lawyer's Offices, Public Offices, Publications, Real Estate and Consulting Firms can all benefit from this service.
What is included in the CMSP? - 12 monthly on-site maintenance visits per year create a restore start/end point perform windows OS updates system specific updates run/setup anti-virus network maintenance remove unwanted software benchtest report on-site consultation including: network and printing support

* Preferential Service includes quick response (Same or next Business Day) to on-site problems, free PC pickup and a 25% discount on our regular repair and in shop service fees.
What is done during the First Visit?
(for every PC on top of the regular monthly service) - Analysis of system and entry into our database
Detailed reports on each computer, installed applications and operating system specifics are recorded though our proprietary process. We can retrieve system information rapidly and our live tech support can help customers with their specific system related questions.
- Generation of recovery media (if needed)
We locate or generate (or in some rare cases, we have to order) System Recovery disks of all your computers; in the event of a hard drive failure or complete system crash, we can restore your PC to its original factory condition.
- Total office maintenance including restoring network connections and printer installation
On our First Visit we will solve any network connection problems, printer installation issues and perform free PC diagnostics on any system we cover. We will solve any PC problems during our monthly visits.
(For example, if you buy a new printer, we'd happily install it during our monthly service consultation.)
